PLAN

I will prepare the permit drawings for your project, ensuring that all the permit checklist requirements are included. I will coordinate any additional consultants that may be required (structural engineering etc.).

EXECUTE

I will submit and manage the permit application to the local municipality so you don't need to deal with that headache! Once the permit is approved you are free to start construction!
